What—or rather, who—is behind Dr. Ziegler Naturfutter?
It all began in 2000, when Dr. Ziegler started building a naturopathic veterinary practice at the location of today’s Naturfutterlädchen in Hallein, at Glaneckerweg 6. In the years that followed, Dr. Ziegler became increasingly focused on natural nutrition for dogs and cats, thereby laying the foundation for today’s Dr. Ziegler Naturfutter GmbH, which was founded in 2008. Today, we operate four brick-and-mortar Naturfutterlädchen stores in Hallein, Perg, Purkersdorf, and Wörgl. Through our online store, www.ziegler-naturfutter.com, we serve customers in Austria, Germany, and all other EU countries.
What We Stand For
Our primary focus is on healthy and species-appropriate nutrition. Thanks to our many years of experience and in-depth study of the effects of feeding industrially processed pet foods—which are typically offered to our animals—we place a high priority on prevention and education. We support dog and cat owners with advice and practical assistance when it comes to species-appropriate feeding or supportive nutrition for medical conditions.
