Horse liver is rich in vitamins A and D. It also contains high levels of iron, B vitamins, zinc, and selenium.
Horse kidneys provide many valuable nutrients such as folic acid, potassium, sodium, selenium, and B vitamins.
Horse spleen has a delicate flavor and is an excellent source of iron.
