grown in the Mühlviertel region on ancient rock soils rich in minerals. It is harvested and cut before the ears develop. It is then gently dried and ground into powder. The first barley grass from Austria—from the Aufreiter organic herb farm in Upper Austria.
May help support normal gastrointestinal function. Replaces the need to graze. Contains a high proportion of micronutrients, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
