Moro's Carrot Soup
The soup is named after its inventor, the Austrian pediatrician Prof. Dr. Ernst Moro.
Cooking the carrots for a long time (at least 90 minutes) causes small sugar molecules (oligosaccharides) to form, which are very similar to intestinal receptors. Instead of attaching to the intestinal wall, bacteria attach to these sugar molecules and are excreted in the stool. In addition, the carrot soup replenishes the body with lost minerals and fluids.
High-quality organic ingredients and the special preparation method can help support normal digestive function.
