Dr. Frigga Wiese, DVM - A Good Dog Never Dies
What should you do if, after many years together, your dog seems tired, stubborn, headstrong, or disinterested?
How can we make sense of these behavioral changes? How can we help our four-legged friend, and what can we do to extend their life and keep them free from pain? How can we prepare for a final goodbye? And when are we faced with the choice between a natural death or relief through a peaceful sleep into eternity with the help of your trusted veterinarian?
Dr. Frigga Wiese’s book is a warm-hearted and expertly insightful guide for all dog owners who are experiencing their dog growing old and becoming ill. This book helps you make the right decisions at the right time and offers comfort both before and after saying goodbye.

Nutritionist Seminar 2026
Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that there will be no in-person nutrition counselor seminars in 2026. Instead, an online training program is already in the works and will launch sometime in 2026.
For anyone who has only completed part of the nutrition counselor seminar so far (and, for example, still needs to complete the second and/or third parts), there will be a discounted option to take the online course, so that there are no additional costs if you wish to take the exam and receive the nutrition counselor certificate.
We are currently in the process of transforming our existing nutrition counselor seminar from an in-person course into a modern, location-independent online program.
For you, this means maximum flexibility and the ability to learn at your own pace.
The program is divided into 12 modules that build on one another. For each module, you’ll receive comprehensive videos, presentation slides, and course materials that you can access at any time—even after the program ends.
After each module, you’ll take a learning objective assessment that you can retake as often as you like. Once you’ve successfully completed it, the next module will be unlocked, and you can continue right away.
At the end of the course, you’ll take a final online exam. You can take this exam at a time of your choosing—without any time pressure.
This allows you to build a solid foundation of knowledge about dog and cat nutrition step by step and in a sustainable way—whenever and wherever it works best for you.
Important Note:
The online training program is currently still under development. As soon as it is fully ready to launch, we will of course inform you through all our channels. The planned launch is scheduled for fall 2026 at the latest.
The price is expected to be similar to that of our previous in-person seminar.
Warm regards
, Your team at Dr. Ziegler Naturfutter

BARF Chicken Hearts for Dogs and Cats, Whole, 250 g
Chicken hearts are a true powerhouse of nature—packed with high-quality protein, natural taurine, essential vitamins, and pure nutrients. Our BARF chicken hearts for dogs and cats consist of 100% gently freeze-dried chicken meat, making them ideal for a species-appropriate, natural diet completely free of additives.
Chicken Hearts as a Natural Source of Energy for Dogs and Cats
Chicken hearts are considered a true all-rounder in species-appropriate feeding. They contain natural taurine, an essential nutrient—especially for cats, who must obtain taurine from their diet. At the same time, the hearts boast high levels of crude protein, moderate levels of crude fat, and valuable micronutrients that support your pet’s metabolism. Since chicken hearts are both organ meat and muscle meat, they provide a wide range of nutrients and fit well into both traditional BARF diets and as a supplement to natural foods. Dogs benefit from this easily digestible source of protein, while cats love the intense flavor and natural protein content.
BARF Chicken Hearts – Freeze-Dried and All-Natural
Our BARF chicken hearts are gently freeze-dried to preserve all sensitive vitamins and minerals. The result: a light, crunchy piece of meat that fully retains its original flavor and essential nutrients.
Naturally Pure Quality from Dr. Ziegler
Like all products from Dr. Ziegler, our BARF chicken hearts stand for strictly tested, unadulterated quality. The hearts come from controlled sources, are gently freeze-dried, and thus retain their pure, natural structure.
